Your Acceptance of These Terms
By booking an appointment, using our services, or using this website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use our services. We may update these terms from time to time, and the current version will always be on this page.
The Services We Provide
We provide private travel health services. These include travel health appointments, vaccinations, antimalarial medication, and other travel-related treatments, supplied by a registered pharmacist.
Our advice is based on the information you give us, current UK travel health guidance, and the pharmacist’s professional judgement. We are not an emergency service. If you need urgent care, contact NHS 111, your GP, or emergency services.
The pharmacist may decline to supply a vaccine or medication where it is not clinically appropriate or safe, and will always explain why.
Scheduling, Changes and Cancellations
You can book an appointment online or by phone. Please arrive on time and bring any relevant information, such as your travel itinerary and vaccination history.
If you need to change or cancel, please give us at least 48 hours’ notice so we can offer the slot to someone else. Missed appointments without notice may affect future bookings.
Fees and Payment
Our prices are shown for each service and are confirmed at your appointment. Some services carry a appointment fee, which may be waived when treatment is supplied at the same appointment. Payment is due at the time of your appointment unless we agree otherwise.
Where a service depends on a clinical assessment, the final cost is confirmed once the pharmacist has reviewed your needs. Appointment fees are non-refundable once the appointment has taken place.
How We Handle Prescriptions
Some medications and vaccines are supplied under a Patient Group Direction (PGD), and others under a private prescription, always following a appointment and clinical assessment.
As noted above, the pharmacist may decide a treatment is not suitable for you. If so, we will not supply it, we will explain why, and we will discuss your options. Supplying medication safely is our priority.
Using Our Website
You may use this website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, or use it in any way that could harm the site, our clinic, or other users.
