What you need depends on far more than the country on your ticket. Your route, the time of year, your planned activities and your health history all shape the plan.
Rabies might matter for a rural trip through India but not for a city break. Japanese encephalitis is a real risk in rural rice-growing areas during the wet season, yet close to nil for a short city stay. A generic online checklist can’t weigh any of that.

Everything you need to know about destination-specific travel health advice at Colchester Travel Clinic.
Travel health appointment is the best answer. Before making any clinically accurate recommendation, your pharmacist reviews your destination, route, activities, and health history.
Online resources are a good place to start, but they can’t take into account your health history, medications or a route that’s specific to you. The pharmacist consultation is an individualised recommendation.
